Central Ohio medial students have a great opportunity to make connections and learn more about the direction they’d like to take in their medical careers. The CMA’s Medical Student Specialty Fair is coming up on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
During this event, medical students meet one-on-one and in small groups with physicians from a wide range of specialty areas. To make the experience as relevant as possible, we survey students in advance to ensure the specialties they’re most interested in are represented.
“It’s always a pleasure to speak with students about Emergency Medicine and EMS — not only about the work itself, but the journey that led me here and where the field is headed. These conversations are energizing, and I hope they help students explore their own paths with confidence and curiosity,” said Robert Lowe, MD, FACEP, FAEMS, EMS Physician/Medical Director at the Columbus Division of Fire and member of the COTS Board of Trustees.
Medical students should complete the Special Fair Registration Form as soon as possible and be sure to include their specialty of interest. Early registration helps us ensure the best possible lineup of attending physicians.
Information will be shared later regarding physician volunteers needed in the various specialty areas.
